About the role

Mortgage Pro is seeking a Senior Mortgage Consultant to join its Abu Dhabi office. You will guide clients through every step of the home financing journey, from initial inquiry to final approval, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client financial profiles and recommend suitable mortgage products.
• Manage mortgage applications from pre‑qualification through final approval.
• Coordinate with lenders, real‑estate partners and internal teams to ensure timely processing and accurate documentation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, explaining terms and conditions clearly.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Identify business opportunities, meet performance targets and support continuous service improvements.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry with proven advisory experience.
• Solid background in finance and mortgage lending, capable of interpreting financial documents and assessing creditworthiness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on clarity and long‑term client relationships.
• High integrity, attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Prior experience in the UAE real‑estate or banking sector is highly beneficial.
