Senior .NET Developer – Enterprise Workflow & Integration Platform

About the role

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join our established engineering team in Abu Dhabi. You will work on a critical enterprise workflow and project reporting platform, taking ownership of specific modules, integrations and technical workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and enhance .NET/C# and ASP.NET Web API services.
• Develop versioned REST APIs for data extraction, authentication and export.
• Create cost‑management and project‑reporting functionality covering budgets, manpower, CAPEX and OPEX.
• Implement SAP integrations for real‑time financial and budget tracking.
• Extend data models to support opportunity, project and gate‑based processes.
• Build configurable workflow and approval chains, task assignments and governance routes.
• Develop decision, status and submission versioning features.
• Implement configurable fields, validation rules, access controls and audit logging.
• Support executive dashboards and reporting across project and portfolio data.
• Integrate with Microsoft 365, Outlook and directory/identity services.
• Contribute to responsive and accessible front‑end functionality when required.

Required profile

• Strong production experience with C#/.NET and ASP.NET Web API.
• Proven ability to design and implement REST APIs and system‑to‑system integrations.
• Experience with enterprise workflow applications, role‑based access control, approvals and audit trails.
• Solid data‑modelling skills, especially around costs, budgets and project hierarchies.
• Ability to work effectively within an existing codebase and established engineering team.
