Senior .NET Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our enterprise software team in Abu Dhabi. You will design, build, and maintain high‑quality applications that support critical business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance enterprise software applications.
• Provide technical advice and implementation support for enterprise information systems.
• Translate business and functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, secure, maintainable, and well‑documented code.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, debug, optimise, and upgrade existing applications.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs, web services, and third‑party systems.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions, applying appropriate design patterns and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews, optimise application and database performance, and ensure security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, business users, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer as needed.

Required profile

• 10+ years of software/application development experience, preferably in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field (post‑graduate qualifications a plus).
• Proven experience delivering and supporting enterprise‑scale applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
