Senior Network Security Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior L3 Network Engineer to lead architecture‑level support, security transformation, and hybrid cloud networking for a mission‑critical enterprise environment in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Provide architecture and design authority for enterprise and hybrid cloud networks, reviewing HLDs and LLDs.
• Lead critical network incident response, drive rapid restoration and long‑term stability.
• Design and manage firewall architectures, including Palo Alto and Cisco FTD, enforcing Zero Trust and segmentation.
• Design, implement and support Azure networking services such as VNets, routing, UDRs, NSGs, VPN Gateway and hybrid connectivity.
• Oversee core routing and switching (BGP, OSPF), SD‑WAN, DNS, DHCP and related network services.
• Provide expert support for Cisco DNA Center, ISE, Wireless LAN Controllers and F5 load balancers.
• Lead capacity planning, governance, audit readiness and mentor junior engineers.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of enterprise networking experience with a focus on security and cloud.
• CCIE certification (lab or written) or equivalent expertise.
• Strong background in Zero Trust architecture and enterprise security frameworks.
• Proven experience designing and operating Microsoft Azure networking at L3 level.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high‑impact incidents and mentor technical teams.
