Senior Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health Sales

About the role

Medtronic Neuromodulation & Pelvic Health is looking for a Senior Sales professional in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a field-based role with regular travel within the UAE to support customers, clinical activities and business growth. You will lead the growth of strategic accounts by expanding therapy adoption, strengthening customer partnerships and delivering sustainable business results, working closely with physicians, hospital stakeholders and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve business objectives across assigned accounts and territory
• Develop and execute account plans that increase therapy adoption, product utilization and market share
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, key opinion leaders, procurement teams and hospital decision-makers
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from identification and evaluation to negotiation and closure
• Lead customer engagements including product evaluations, demonstrations, educational activities and clinical support initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a great customer experience and long-term growth
• Provide clinical and procedural support when required

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 8+ years of experience in medical device, healthcare or pharmaceutical sales within the UAE
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing strategic accounts and delivering revenue growth
• Experience with major hospital accounts and healthcare stakeholders, including knowledge of UAE procurement and tender processes

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in Neuromodulation, Pelvic Health, Neurosurgery, Pain Management, Urology or related therapy areas
• Selling experience for procedure-based technologies, implantable devices or capital equipment
• Use of CRM systems, sales forecasting tools and pipeline management methods
