Senior Off-Plan Advisor

About the role

Elysian is seeking an experienced Senior Off-Plan Advisor to guide high‑net‑worth individuals and investors through Dubai’s most prestigious off‑plan projects. The role combines consultative sales, brand building and representation at exclusive events within a structured, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise HNWIs and investors on luxury off‑plan opportunities across Dubai.
• Manage qualified buyer leads using a consultative, investment‑focused approach.
• Develop and promote a personal brand through social media, networking and proactive outreach.
• Represent Elysian at developer launches, roadshows and VIP events.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of luxury developments and market trends.
• Negotiate and close high‑value transactions from start to finish.

Required profile

• Proven off‑plan sales experience in Dubai, preferably in the luxury segment.
• RERA certification and a valid UAE driver’s licence.
• Self‑motivated with a strong investment mindset and ability to generate business independently.
• Professional, ambitious and performance‑driven.
