About the role
We are looking for a Senior Officer to join the Private Banking & Wealth Legal Operations team. The role involves processing requests from UAE police and legal authorities, investigating fraud‑related enquiries and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Process account‑blocking and amount‑blocking requests received from UAE police and legal authorities.
- Investigate fraud enquiries related to debit, credit and prepaid cards, account transactions, Payit Wallet and CCTV footage.
- Coordinate with Legal, IT, Branches, Audit and other departments to gather required information and complete investigations.
- Prepare accurate reports and management information in line with departmental standards.
- Handle service‑delivery requests, monitor turnaround times and support automation and straight‑through‑processing initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in Legal Operations.
- Good knowledge of banking policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in Arabic.
