Senior Officer / Manager – T24 Administration

About the role

Our client, a leading bank in Fujairah, is seeking an experienced Temenos T24 Administrator to join the Core Banking Support team. The role involves ensuring stability, performance and reliability of the core banking platform across multiple environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, monitor and maintain Temenos Transact (T24) components across Production, UAT, Development, Staging, Pre‑Production and Disaster Recovery environments.
• Provide incident and problem management, troubleshooting application, middleware, database and interface issues, and coordinate with Temenos vendor support.
• Administer middleware (IBM WebSphere Liberty, JBoss, TOCFEE, MQ, IRIS) and manage batch, EOD processing and release coordination.
• Support Oracle Database performance, AIX 7.2 infrastructure, GPFS file systems and participate in DR/BCP activities.
• Maintain security, access administration, documentation, runbooks and operational readiness.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in core banking administration, preferably with Temenos T24.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in production support, incident management and release coordination.
• Ability to work onsite in Fujairah and collaborate with cross‑functional technical teams.
