Senior Officer – Real Estate & Parking Services

About the role

The Senior Officer will support the management of Mashreq's owned premises parking services and provide telephone‑based customer service. The role also supervises official car arrangements for the Chairman and handles real‑estate related documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate staff parking allocation across all Mashreq‑owned buildings, maintain accurate records and resolve queries.
• Supervise two resources handling official car arrangements, vehicle maintenance, registration and renewal for the Chairman.
• Provide telephone customer service, manage inbound/outbound calls and ensure high satisfaction.
• Prepare Arabic letters and documentation for real‑estate units, ATM premises and Central Bank approvals.
• Maintain databases, update parking eligibility, cancel access for resigned staff and act as backup for RE and property staff.

Required profile

• High school diploma from a reputable institution.
• 3–5 years of experience in a banking or corporate environment, preferably with PABX telephone systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• PABX telephone system operation.
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Database management for parking records.
