Senior Officer – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

About the role

Responsible for the effective management and quality of critical HIS master data supporting RCM operations, including pricing, packages, insurance plans and policy masters. The role also supports RCM system and process improvements, identifying operational gaps, system inefficiencies and opportunities for automation or digitalisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain critical HIS master data required for accurate RCM billing and revenue capture, including pricing, package, and insurance plan masters.
• Perform detailed validation and quality control of master‑data updates, ensuring documentation, approvals and audit trails are maintained.
• Identify system and process gaps within the RCM billing lifecycle, define and implement enhancements, and participate in solution design, testing, UAT and implementation.
• Develop and operationalise digital and automation solutions to improve accuracy, turnaround time and reduce manual effort.
• Establish maker‑checker controls, conduct periodic audits, and analyse billing issues to recommend preventive measures.
• Analyse RCM operational data, create reports and dashboards, and provide data‑driven insights to support performance monitoring and improvement initiatives.
