Senior Officer, Trade Operations – FTC Lodgement

About the role

The Senior Officer, Trade Operations – FTC Lodgement will manage the end‑to‑end processing of trade finance transactions across multiple business segments. You will ensure accurate data entry, timely document handling, and adherence to bank policies while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process trade finance documents, generate IDs, and lodge them in the system.
• Maintain KPI targets: 99.50% accuracy, zero TAT misses, and no operational loss.
• Scan, rescan, and dispatch BNC documents as required.
• Review and act on customer complaints, ensuring swift resolution.
• Collaborate with Business (CIBG, FI, RBG) and adhere to all control and compliance requirements.
• Participate in team huddles, share knowledge gaps, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4‑6 years of relevant experience in trade finance operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
