Senior Officer – Trade Operations (FTC Lodgement)

About the role

The Senior Officer in Trade Operations will manage the end‑to‑end processing of trade finance transactions for multiple business segments. You will ensure accurate data entry, compliance with bank policies, and timely resolution of customer issues.

Key responsibilities

• Process trade finance transactions and input related documents into the system.
• Generate identification numbers, scan, rescan and dispatch documents as required.
• Review customer complaints, take corrective actions, and escalate critical issues.
• Ensure all procedures comply with bank policies, SOPs, OPMs and ADM guidelines.
• Track and prepare newly received and lodged documents for BNC lodgement.
• Collaborate with business units (CIBG, FI, RBG) and support team huddles.
• Identify knowledge gaps, recommend training and share error trends with management.
• Achieve MBO targets and support ad‑hoc tasks from the Team Head.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4‑6 years of experience in Trade Operations, with 2‑3 years of multi‑product knowledge.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high‑quality service.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
