Senior Online Marketing Manager

About the role

The Senior Online Marketing Manager will lead digital marketing initiatives for Stravion Investment, a luxury real‑estate and investment firm. Based on‑site in Dubai, the role focuses on driving qualified leads, enhancing brand visibility and supporting business growth across performance, social and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage digital campaigns across performance and social media platforms.
• Optimize budgets, bids and targeting to maximize ROI.
• Analyse performance data, generate reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging.
• Oversee content creation and ensure compliance with business objectives and regulatory standards.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital trends and propose innovative approaches for UAE and international markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and executing integrated digital strategies.
• Strong performance‑marketing background with KPI tracking and budget management.
• Expertise in social‑media marketing, content planning and audience engagement.
• Experience in e‑commerce funnel management and conversion optimisation.
• Senior‑level experience in investment, real‑estate or financial services preferred.
• Excellent analytical abilities and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
• Fluent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; advanced digital certifications beneficial.
