Senior Operations Executive – Order Management (UAE National)

About the role
The Senior Operations Executive – Order Management will join the e& Business/Service Delivery & Back Office team in Dubai. You will be responsible for overseeing the full order processing lifecycle, ensuring timely execution, KPI compliance, and acting as a liaison for IT issues.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end order processing from assignment to closure while meeting KPIs.
- Resolve IT issues in collaboration with CIT and act as the primary liaison.
- Handle escalations and out‑of‑stock situations to minimise delays.
- Conduct follow‑ups with stakeholders to accelerate order processing.
- Confirm and manage orders with the Order Management team and report performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing business needs.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
