Senior Operations Manager – Sales Support & Ops

About the role

The Senior Operations Manager will lead commercial support and operational execution for high‑value B2B corporate clients within Al Futtaim Auto Leasing. You will ensure revenue conversion, margin discipline, and seamless service delivery across the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary relationship owner for strategic corporate clients, managing interactions within SLA and leading account review meetings.
• Oversee Relationship Management Executives, ensuring coordinated service delivery and acting as escalation point for complex issues.
• Facilitate onboarding of new Managed Transport Services (MTS) clients and coordinate supplier oversight.
• Monitor and fulfill contractual SLAs, collaborate with sales, finance, logistics and customer service for order processing.
• Manage fleet lifecycle activities, including vehicle deliveries, maintenance, registration renewals and off‑hire processes.

Required profile

• University graduate with proven experience in B2B sales support or operations.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and competing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.

Required skills

• High proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM tools.
