Senior Oracle ERP Trainer

About the role

Our client is launching a major transformation programme across the MENA region and needs a senior Oracle ERP Trainer to design and deliver world‑class user training. Based in Abu Dhabi, the role involves frequent travel throughout the region to support implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive training materials, including user guides, video tutorials, quick reference guides, and eLearning modules.
• Collaborate with client teams and technology vendors to identify training needs and implement fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
• Support business users in adopting new systems and processes effectively.
• Create role‑based training content aligned with Oracle Fusion, particularly Finance modules.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering training on Oracle Fusion ERP, especially Finance modules.
• Proficiency across the full training lifecycle—from analysis and planning to delivery and post‑training support.
• Experience with Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) is a plus.
• Oracle Certified Trainer status is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a bonus.
• Willingness and ability to travel across the MENA region as required.
