Senior OT Cybersecurity & Telecom Engineering Roles – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Ebryx is seeking experienced senior engineers for a high‑profile project in Abu Dhabi. The openings cover OT Cybersecurity, Telecom & SCADA, and HSE, each requiring 10 + years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Principal Engineer – OT Cybersecurity: supervise technical work, review and approve submissions, drawings and reports, and oversee installation, FAT, SAT and commissioning.
• Resident Engineer – OT Cybersecurity: support field installation, commissioning, FAT, SAT and site supervision.
• Assistant Resident Engineer – Telecom & SCADA: design and implement secure telecom infrastructure (MPLS, VLAN, firewall, VPN, 4G/5G), define requirements, coordinate scope and support network provisioning.
• Assistant Resident Engineer – OT Cybersecurity: conduct technical reviews, site activities, implementation support, testing, commissioning and ensure compliance with project cybersecurity standards.
• HSE Engineer: manage all HSE aspects, ensure compliance with client, OSHAD and legal requirements, conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, training, incident investigations and business continuity planning for brownfield substations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience for most positions; 15 years for Principal Engineer.
• Proven experience in OT cybersecurity, telecom infrastructure, SCADA systems or HSEQ, depending on the role.
• Professional certifications or qualifications relevant to the specific discipline (e.g., HSEQ certification).
