Senior Outsourcing Manager

About the role

Walker Lovell, a leading international fertilizer producer, is creating a dedicated outsourcing function to expand its third‑party trading capabilities. As Senior Outsourcing Manager you will own the development of a global supplier network, starting in the MENA region and extending across Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale a third‑party supplier network, initially covering MENA and later Asia and China.
• Develop strategic relationships with fertilizer producers, suppliers and trading partners.
• Recommend new agents, representation and resources where commercially justified.
• Collaborate with senior sales leadership to meet commercial KPIs and growth targets.
• Travel internationally across key fertilizer markets as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fertilizer trading or sourcing, preferably within a trading house.
• Strong knowledge of nitrogen fertilizers and exposure to phosphate markets.
• Existing market experience in the MENA region and/or Asia with the ability to build new relationships.
• Commercially minded, entrepreneurial approach and confidence to operate autonomously.
