Senior Partner Management Executive – Data & AI

About the role

The Senior Partner Management Executive will lead the development and scaling of the Mendix Data & AI partner ecosystem across the Middle East. The role focuses on driving partner‑led growth for AI, data analytics and low‑code solutions through strategic recruitment, enablement and joint go‑to‑market execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Middle East partner strategy for the Mendix Data & AI portfolio, driving pipeline and ARR growth.
• Recruit and expand strategic partners in priority markets, building capabilities around low‑code, AI and data analytics.
• Design and implement joint go‑to‑market initiatives, supporting partner‑led opportunity development and executive customer engagement.
• Coordinate business, sales and technical enablement programs to close capability gaps and accelerate solution adoption.
• Build trusted executive relationships with partner leadership and represent Siemens at regional industry events.

Required profile

• Significant experience in partner management, channel sales or alliance management with proven indirect software revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, recurring revenue models and enterprise software ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders across customers, partners and internal organizations.
