Senior Partnerships Manager

About the role

We are a leading trading platform expanding globally, seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to own and develop a portfolio of affiliate partners across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop a portfolio of affiliate partners across international markets, acting as the main point of contact.
• Build trusted, long‑term relationships, understand partner needs and drive growth with Capital.com.
• Identify, evaluate and approach new partners aligned with commercial and market priorities.
• Lead partnership projects end‑to‑end, from research and outreach through negotiation, onboarding, launch and performance review.
• Review partner performance, turn data into actions and coordinate launches with Compliance, Analytics, CRM, Product, Finance and Marketing teams.
• Leverage advanced AI tools and automation to boost productivity in research, communication, reporting and workflows.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships or account management.
• Experience in fintech, online trading, financial services or another regulated industry.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with external partners.
• High ownership, accountability and motivation to deliver results.
• Proven ability to organise and lead projects from start to finish.
• Commercial mindset and data‑driven decision making.
• Professional written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Practical experience using advanced AI tools to improve productivity, research, communication and decision‑making.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, or digital marketing channels.
