About the role

A luxury aesthetic clinic in Jumeirah, Dubai is seeking an experienced and professional Senior Patient Coordinator to join its team. The ideal candidate will have strong patient coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high‑quality customer service within the healthcare or aesthetic industry.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient appointments, consultations, follow‑ups, and enquiries.
• Coordinate with patients to ensure a smooth and professional clinic experience.
• Maintain strong relationships with patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Support daily patient coordination and administrative activities.
• Handle client communication professionally in person, by phone, and through other channels.
• Maintain accurate patient records and appointment schedules.
• Assist the clinic team in delivering a high‑quality patient experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the aesthetic, cosmetic, or healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong patient service and coordination skills.
• Experience handling patient appointments, consultations, follow‑ups, and enquiries.
• Professional, presentable, and confident personality.
• Luxury aesthetic clinic experience will be highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of patient coordination and healthcare customer service.
• Strong knowledge of appointment management and client follow‑up.
• Strong knowledge of luxury clinic operations and patient experience management.
