Senior Performance Creative Designer – Static & Motion

About the role

We are looking for a senior performance creative who will own the end‑to‑end production of paid static and motion assets for Kraken Consumer. The role blends static ad design, short‑form video creation and generative‑AI production to deliver high‑impact creative across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid static creative for product launches, campaigns and always‑on activity across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X.
• Concept, edit and deliver performance video in formats ranging from 9:16 sound‑on to 1:1 and 4:5.
• Produce AI‑generated and AI‑assisted imagery and video, deciding when AI is the fastest route.
• Pitch culturally timely, internet‑native concepts and turn winning ideas into reusable creative pillars.
• Version and localise assets at scale for different markets, languages and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with product marketing, compliance and regional teams to secure approvals without diluting the idea.
• Analyse performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS) and iterate creative based on test results.

Required profile

• 5+ years of performance creative experience in a high‑volume in‑house team or agency, preferably in fintech, crypto or gaming.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating paid static work, full‑video cuts and AI‑enhanced pieces.
• Deep understanding of platform‑native specifications and what creative succeeds on each channel.
• Proven ability to work fast, handle multiple workstreams and meet regulatory constraints.
• Solid copywriting instincts with a knack for internet and meme culture.
