Senior Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

A partner company is recruiting a Senior Performance Marketing Manager based in the United Arab Emirates. The role leads the creative process behind high-impact paid social campaigns for more than 100 leading German B2C brands, combining strategy, creative development and data-driven optimisation. It works closely with the founders to shape campaign strategies and improve the effectiveness of advertising assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creative process and scale paid social campaigns for brands across the DACH market
• Develop creative concepts, advertising scripts and content for paid and organic channels
• Manage the full-funnel performance marketing process, from audience research and creative angles to copywriting and media buying
• Collaborate with the founders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and brand growth
• Analyse campaign KPIs and test and optimise creative assets, messaging and campaign strategies
• Contribute to performance marketing processes, creative best practices and scalable campaign frameworks

Required profile

• Proven track record of managing substantial advertising budgets, including seven-figure spend
• Demonstrable experience in performance marketing, ideally in an agency or consumer brand setting
• Full-funnel expertise covering audience research, creative angles, copywriting and media buying
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach
