Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We’re looking for a top‑tier Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our performance marketing team at VIKST. The role goes beyond running ads – you’ll act as a growth partner, shaping strategy and scaling DTC brands across the UAE and GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale high‑performing Meta Ads campaigns (Instagram & Facebook).
• Strategise end‑to‑end customer journeys from ad creative to landing pages and LTV.
• Audit, optimise, and scale campaigns based on data.
• Collaborate with creative specialists and developers to align messaging and performance.
• Join client strategy calls and provide proactive insights.
• Explore scaling opportunities on Snapchat, TikTok, Google when relevant.

Required profile

• Extensive Meta Ads experience with multi‑million budgets.
• Proven track record in eCommerce performance marketing.
• Ability to speak strategy fluently and advise founders/CMOs.
• Strong data analysis skills to isolate bottlenecks and find scalable wins.
• Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable in fast‑moving teams with direct feedback and accountability.

Required skills

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) mastery.
• Experience with Snapchat, TikTok, or Google Ads (bonus).
