Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and scale Meta Ads campaigns for DTC eCommerce brands across the UAE and GCC. The role goes beyond ad execution – you will act as a growth partner, shaping strategy and driving revenue for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale high‑performing Meta Ads campaigns on Instagram and Facebook.
• Design end‑to‑end customer journeys, from creative concepts to landing pages and lifetime‑value optimisation.
• Audit, optimise and scale campaigns using data‑driven insights rather than guesswork.
• Collaborate with creative specialists and developers to align messaging and performance.
• Participate in client strategy calls and provide proactive recommendations that move the revenue needle.
• Explore scaling opportunities on Snapchat, TikTok and Google platforms where relevant.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing multi‑million‑dollar Meta Ads budgets.
• Proven track record in eCommerce performance marketing.
• Comfortable advising founders, CMOs and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset – able to break down data, isolate bottlenecks and identify scalable wins.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a strong plus.
