Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads, Shopify)

About the role

VIKST, an eCommerce growth agency building the leading one in the GCC, is hiring a full-time remote Senior Performance Marketing Specialist. The role owns client portfolios and growth strategies, and offers a clear path to Performance Marketing Lead within 6 months, mentoring specialists and leading your own pod.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale Meta Ads strategies for DTC and Shopify brands
• Develop creative strategies, video scripts, hooks, concepts and angles
• Lead persona testing, creative testing and creative diversity in Meta's post-Andromeda landscape
• Identify growth opportunities across CRO, landing pages and eCommerce funnels
• Optimise KPIs such as CAC, MER, LTV, lifetime gross profit, AOV and profitability
• Lead client calls, build trust and drive client satisfaction and retention
• Work closely with creative specialists and the development team

Required profile

• Has managed millions in Meta Ads spend (USD) with proven eCommerce results
• Understands creative strategy, persona testing and profitable Shopify growth
• Thinks beyond Ads Manager and understands the whole eCommerce business
• Communicates confidently, builds long-term client relationships and thrives remotely
• Uses AI intelligently, is ambitious and eager to grow into leadership
• Bonus: Snapchat, TikTok, Google Ads or GCC eCommerce experience; Arabic not required
