Senior Performance & Rewards Specialist – 2‑Year Renewable Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Performance & Rewards Specialist to shape the Total Rewards framework for a fast‑growing energy company based in Abu Dhabi Global Market. You will ensure compensation, benefits and performance programs are competitive, fair and compliant with ADGM regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Total Rewards strategy covering compensation, benefits and performance programs.
• Administer and continuously improve compensation, performance and benefits schemes aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market benchmarking and compensation/benefits analysis, staying current with industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Design and manage incentive schemes, including financial modelling and reporting of incentive projections.
• Lead job design and evaluation activities, ensuring internal equity across roles.
• Review and support HR/HC policies to ensure alignment with ADGM laws.
• Provide guidance to line managers on performance and rewards policies and processes.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and MIS for management using data analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related discipline from a recognized university.
• 5–7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or related HR functions.
• Hands‑on experience administering compensation, benefits and performance management frameworks.
• Proven ability to conduct job evaluation, grading and market benchmarking.
