Senior Pipe Fabricator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Pipe Fabricator to join our services team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for fabricating cable trays and related components for oil & gas and EPC projects, ensuring high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Fabricate ladder‑type, perforated, and accessory cable trays.
• Perform cutting, bending, drilling, welding, and assembly of tray components.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, sketches, and material schedules.
• Mark out materials accurately and assemble sections, joints, bends, tees, reducers, and fittings.
• Work with GI sheets, MS sheets, and aluminum where applicable.
• Coordinate with the site installation team for fabrication requirements.
• Maintain tools, machinery, and workshop cleanliness.
• Follow quality standards, minimize material waste, and ensure safety compliance.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience in HVAC/MEP fabrication works.
• ITI or relevant technical education.
• Strong experience in metal fabrication, preferably cable trays/MEP.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and measurements accurately.
• Basic welding/fitting knowledge (TIG/MIG/arc welding advantage).
• Physically fit and able to work in workshop and site conditions.
• Willingness to work in remote locations as required.
