Senior Planner – Ras Al Khaimah

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Planner to join its Project Management division in Ras Al Khaimah. The role supports the delivery of complex real‑estate and construction projects by developing, monitoring and reporting on project plans and programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide planning support to project teams, highlighting issues within the programme.
• Advise project team members and stakeholders on planning matters and produce programme assurance reports.
• Generate progress reports showing variance against baselines and deliver periodic programme updates.
• Coordinate client, partner, consultant and contractor programmes to ensure compliance with the overall project schedule.
• Identify and report areas of non‑compliance for resolution.
• Support the bidding team with planning activities to meet submission deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 10‑12 years of post‑graduate experience in professional consultancy, preferably in the Middle East.
• Experience in real‑estate projects is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, peers and influential stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 or equivalent planning and resourcing software.
• Professional working knowledge of project management and planning tools.
