Senior Planning Engineer – Offshore FEED Project

About the role

The Senior Planning Engineer will develop, maintain, monitor and report project schedules for the ADNOC Offshore CED Project. The role ensures effective planning, progress measurement, forecasting and scheduling control across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and hand‑over phases while complying with ADNOC Offshore requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) covering all project phases and prepare Level 1‑4 schedules in Primavera P6.
• Establish baselines, monitor schedule performance, analyse critical path activities and prepare recovery or acceleration plans.
• Produce weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, S‑curves, manpower histograms and earned‑value analyses for management and ADNOC Offshore.
• Perform delay analysis, schedule risk assessments and support Extension‑of‑Time claims and change‑order impact studies.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning teams, contractors, subcontractors and ADNOC Offshore representatives to align schedules and resolve planning issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project planning and scheduling for oil & gas or offshore engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of schedule baselines, WBS development and progress monitoring.
