Senior Planning Manager

About the role

The Senior Planning Manager will lead project planning, scheduling and progress monitoring for large‑scale construction programmes. You will ensure that timelines, budgets and resources are aligned with contractual and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools, defining milestones, critical paths and deliverables.
• Track project progress, prepare status reports for senior leadership and identify risks or delays with mitigation strategies.
• Allocate resources efficiently, collaborate with commercial and procurement teams, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, consultants and clients to keep all parties informed of schedule updates.
• Ensure compliance with FIDIC contracts, UAE construction regulations and internal planning best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of construction planning experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven track record on high‑rise, infrastructure or large commercial projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
