Senior Portfolio Manager - Product Life Cycle (PLC)

About the role

Wasl is looking for a Senior Portfolio Manager for Product Life Cycle (Technology Enablement) in its Information Technology department. The role designs, digitalizes, standardizes and governs the end-to-end product life cycle from concept to decommissioning, owns the PLM digital roadmap and integrates PLM with enterprise platforms such as ERP, BIM, PMIS and DMS/CMMS. It reports to the Head of IT Business Relationship Manager and Delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the multi-year digital PLM roadmap aligned to enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data governance and business goals.
• Define, document and standardize PLM processes (initiation, design, procurement, construction, handover, operations, retirement) with RACI and controls.
• Lead platform implementation and integrations (ERP, BIM, PMIS, DMS/CMMS, iPaaS/APIs), including data model, migration and quality.
• Orchestrate enterprise rollout plans, contractor and consultant onboarding, and hypercare and support.
• Drive change management through communications, training and a champions network.
• Set KPIs and OKRs, build dashboards and executive reports, and govern compliance and standards.
• Manage vendors and SIs via SLAs and KPIs, and partner with IT Ops and Cybersecurity on secure, compliant deployments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• 7-10 years of total experience, including 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience implementing PLM or enterprise lifecycle management solutions in large organizations.
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement, change management and process governance.
• Desirable: Master's degree, certifications such as TOGAF, PMP/PRINCE2, SAFe/Agile, ITIL or Prosci, and experience in real estate, construction or asset-intensive industries.
