Senior Portfolio Manager – Revenue Intelligence (MEA APAC)

About the role

Accor is seeking a commercially driven Senior Portfolio Manager to lead a high‑performing team within the Centre of Revenue Intelligence, overseeing revenue performance for a portfolio of hotels across the MEA APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio‑wide revenue management strategies in partnership with commercial departments.
• Lead, coach and mentor Portfolio Managers and a Portfolio Specialist, fostering capability development and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Directly manage a small portfolio of hotels while ensuring adoption of best‑practice tools, processes and distribution strategies.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex commercial issues, analyse performance data and provide strategic recommendations to regional leadership.
• Build trusted relationships with General Managers, Regional Directors of Revenue Management, owners and other key stakeholders to influence business outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Commerce or related discipline.
• 5+ years of revenue management experience in the hospitality industry, including leadership of high‑performing teams.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted commercial advisor.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen and analytical capability.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language; two additional languages are preferred.
