Senior PR Executive

About the role

We are an integrated media and PR agency seeking a hands‑on Senior PR Executive who knows the UAE media landscape and can manage senior client relationships. The role owns day‑to‑day account management and drives coverage and campaigns that meet client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day account management across a portfolio of clients and act as trusted point of contact.
• Develop and execute end‑to‑end PR and communications campaigns aligned to marketing objectives and KPIs.
• Create press materials including press releases, spokespeople briefs, media pitches and client‑facing communications with a clear brand voice.
• Plan and coordinate events and on‑site activations (tastings, store launches, influencer events).
• Manage media relations and influencer outreach across UAE lifestyle, food, retail and digital publications.
• Coordinate with marketing, retail and creative teams and manage external agencies and vendors.
• Monitor media coverage and report on campaign performance using coverage tracking tools and basic analytics.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years PR experience with consumer lifestyle, F&B, retail, or hospitality brands.
• GCC/UAE market experience preferred.
• Proven media relations network across UAE lifestyle, food, retail and digital publications and influencers.
• Excellent written and verbal English; ability to craft press releases, spokespeople briefs and media pitches.
• Event planning and on‑site activation experience (tastings, launches, influencer events).
• Strategic thinking and translating marketing objectives into measurable PR campaigns and KPIs.
• Media monitoring and reporting; familiarity with coverage tracking tools and basic analytics.
• Cross‑functional collaboration and experience managing external agencies and vendors.
• Organised and deadline‑driven; able to handle fast turnarounds and crisis communications.
