Senior Pricing Optimization Analyst – Bangkok (Relocation)

About the role

Join Agoda's Performance Marketing team as a Senior Pricing Optimization Analyst. You will work on experimenting with pricing strategies across traffic segments, building predictive models, and translating insights into product road‑maps.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run pricing experiments, adapt to new product features, and roll out successful changes.
• Analyze large data sets from experiments, develop predictive models to understand demand elasticity.
• Collaborate with product teams to define implementation road‑maps based on model outcomes.
• Create dashboards, track performance metrics, and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, mathematics, engineering or science.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience in top‑tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations within a fast‑growing global environment.
