Senior Procurement Associate – FM & Indirect

About the role

The Senior Procurement Associate – FM & Indirect leads sourcing, supplier selection, contract administration, and performance monitoring for indirect procurement categories. The role ensures reliable service providers, cost‑effective solutions, and compliance with governance frameworks across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end sourcing activities, including RFP, RFQ and RFI processes for assigned categories.
• Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiate commercial terms and secure competitive pricing.
• Draft, review and administer supplier contracts in partnership with legal and compliance teams.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships, monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, and implement corrective actions.
• Perform spend analysis, identify savings opportunities and support cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Maintain accurate procurement records in ERP systems, including purchase orders and contract documentation.
• Ensure all procurement actions comply with internal policies, governance frameworks and approval authorities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement planning with operational requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Professional procurement certification (e.g., CIPS Level 4) preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing or supply‑chain roles.
• Proven experience managing RFP/RFQ processes and supplier negotiations.
• Experience in contract management, supplier performance monitoring and procurement governance.
