Senior Product Designer (Agentic AI Platform)

About the role

The Senior Product Designer will own end‑to‑end design for an agentic AI platform, modernising complex business workflows through thoughtful UX and AI‑augmented tools. The role focuses on redefining ambiguous product areas, uncovering real problems and delivering concrete, high‑velocity design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end product design from discovery through polished execution, creating high‑fidelity designs, interactive prototypes and decision‑driving artifacts.
• Design AI‑native experiences, defining new interaction patterns such as agentic flows, conversational interfaces, recommendation‑driven and context‑aware experiences.
• Take ambiguous product areas, identify the core problem and provide concrete design direction for teams to build toward.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Figma Make) to accelerate exploration, iteration and prototype creation within hours.
• Contribute to and evolve a scalable design system that ensures speed, consistency and handles product complexity.
• Rapidly prototype and validate ideas with users and stakeholders, applying research insights to improve accessibility and inclusivity.

Required profile

• 8+ years of human‑centered design experience across digital and mobile products.
• 2+ years designing AI‑powered or AI‑augmented experiences, with shipped enterprise software.
• Proven ability to convert ambiguous problems into concrete, buildable design solutions in high‑velocity environments.
• Strong product thinking and systems thinking, with a clear view of where AI assists versus where human judgment is essential.
• Experience leading UX for enterprise, SaaS or complex systems, collaborating closely with product, engineering and research teams.
• Excellent communication, high agency and the ability to manage multiple initiatives strategically and tactically.
