Senior Product Designer – BNPL Consumer Experience

About the role

Tabby is looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the end‑to‑end consumer experience of its BNPL (Buy‑Now‑Pay‑Later) product, from checkout through post‑purchase management. You will shape the core flows that drive conversion, repayment behaviour and overall customer satisfaction across online, in‑app and in‑store channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and iterate checkout and post‑purchase flows, ensuring consistency across native app, mobile web, desktop web and in‑store experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and a dedicated UX researcher to translate complex billing logic and market‑specific rules into simple, user‑friendly interfaces.
• Run experiments on high‑traffic checkout flows, analyse results and refine designs to improve conversion and reduce support tickets.
• Validate concepts with quick research, data analysis and customer feedback, and incorporate AI‑driven prototyping tools throughout the design process.

Required profile

• Proven experience shipping B2C products on native mobile and web platforms with end‑to‑end ownership.
• Strong product and systems thinking, able to explain business goals, conversion metrics and product logic behind design decisions.
• Independent, proactive and able to manage priorities without waiting for detailed briefs.
• Fluent in English.
