Senior Product Designer II

About the role

The Senior Product Designer II leads strategic design initiatives across Floward’s digital platforms, shaping experience for multiple squads and complex product areas. You will partner with product, engineering, and research teams to turn user needs and business goals into elegant, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the design vision and roadmap for large product domains, influencing cross‑functional planning.
• Solve complex UX challenges through advanced prototyping, interaction design, and pixel‑perfect visual execution.
• Collaborate with researchers and data analysts to translate insights into product strategy and represent the user perspective in decisions.
• Expand and maintain Floward’s design system, creating component libraries, interaction patterns, and documentation to ensure consistency.
• Mentor junior and senior designers, lead critiques, and foster a culture of design excellence.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product design experience, with 2–3 years in a lead or strategic role.
• Proven track record designing scalable consumer or B2B digital products.
• Strong ability to influence product direction at tactical and strategic levels.
• Experience working in agile, cross‑functional teams.
