Senior Product Designer

About the role

Virtusa is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape digital experiences for its banking and financial services portfolio in the GCC region. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate complex business problems into intuitive, user‑centered designs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end design process, from research and ideation to high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that meet functional requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Apply design thinking and human‑centered design practices to solve ambiguous problems.
• Maintain design consistency across native mobile apps and web platforms.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional experience in product design, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast‑moving, cross‑cultural environments, especially within the GCC.
• Self‑motivated, open to feedback, and eager to experiment and learn.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for turning insights into design solutions.
