Senior Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of our event ticketing and experience booking platform. You will shape intuitive, engaging experiences that power some of the Kingdom’s largest mega‑events.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design efforts of our products, ensuring they meet client and user needs.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to define requirements, user flows, wireframes and prototypes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights into behavior and needs.
• Create visual designs that are engaging, intuitive and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
• Work closely with engineering to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of designs.
• Iterate continuously on designs based on feedback, testing and research.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in product design, focusing on digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Proven ability to lead design teams and mentor junior designers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
