About the role

Join DriveLEAD’s core team to design intuitive, business‑critical tools used by entrepreneurs across the UAE and the UK. You will shape the platform as a design leader with a strong UX foundation and a keen eye for UI, working closely with product and engineering teams to deliver clear, credible, and delightful experiences.

Key responsibilities

Own the end‑to‑end design process, from research and wireframes to prototypes and handoff.
Collaborate with product managers and developers in weekly sprints.
Contribute to and evolve the company’s design system.

Required profile

5+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B.
Strong portfolio showcasing real‑world projects.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Framer, and Notion.
Bonus: experience in motion design or brand design.
