Senior Product Engineer – Finacle Scripting & Oracle

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Engineer with deep expertise in Finacle core banking, Finacle Scripting and Oracle PL/SQL to lead end‑to‑end solution design, customization and integration across multiple banking modules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical and functional solutioning for Finacle‑based applications, conducting workshops and translating business needs into scalable designs.
• Develop, maintain and optimise custom Finacle scripts, menus, validations, workflows and business rules.
• Design and implement complex Oracle PL/SQL objects, perform performance tuning and support database‑level troubleshooting.
• Design, develop and support APIs, web services and batch interfaces between Finacle and external systems.
• Manage Finacle batch jobs, provide L2/L3 production support and drive incident root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business users, architects, QA and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience with Finacle core banking technology and Finacle Scripting.
• Strong techno‑functional ability to understand banking processes and design technical solutions.
• Proven experience in large‑scale Finacle implementations or transformation projects.
• Hands‑on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development and performance optimisation.
• Ability to work across the full delivery lifecycle from analysis to production support.
