Senior Product Manager – Card Retention & Monetization

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Card Retention & Monetization team for Tabby Card, the fastest‑growing product in our portfolio. The role will be based in the United Arab Emirates and will own the P&L levers that drive pricing, fees, risk‑based pricing, billing cycles and the repayment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the end‑to‑end roadmap: identify problems, build business cases, prioritize, ship and measure outcomes with a dedicated engineering, design and data team.
• Design, run and evaluate A/B experiments, set success metrics and guardrails, and make rollout or kill decisions based on data.
• Own unit economics: model business cases, defend trade‑offs with Finance and Risk, and track monthly margin impact.
• Collaborate daily with Risk, Compliance, Legal and Billing to ensure customer‑facing terms, fee structures and regulatory requirements (CBUAE / SAMA) are met.
• Ensure launch quality: support readiness, AI‑agent guidance, customer communications and phased rollouts.
• Contribute to the expansion of Tabby Card into Saudi Arabia, adapting the product to the largest market.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in fintech, banking or credit products (billing, payments, lending or cards).
• Proven track record of shipping monetization, pricing or billing features with measurable results.
• Strong experiment discipline: pre‑register metrics, segment analysis and willingness to sunset features based on data.
• Reliable delivery mindset: meet deadlines and communicate proactively with stakeholders.

Required skills

• Product management expertise in fintech or credit products.
• Experience with A/B testing and data‑driven decision making.
• Understanding of risk, compliance and regulatory frameworks (CBUAE / SAMA).
• Ability to model unit economics and P&L impact.
