Senior Product Manager - Crypto

About the role

Equiti Group is looking for a senior‑level product manager to own and evolve its digital‑asset offering. Based in Dubai, you will drive the roadmap for spot trading, wallets, and emerging features such as staking and derivatives, turning strategic vision into secure, compliant products.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the crypto product roadmap, translating strategy into clear requirements and user stories.
• Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from discovery, planning, and development to launch and post‑launch monitoring.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including engineering, QA, project management, compliance, and customer support—to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Validate operational, security, and regulatory readiness before each product release.
• Partner with blockchain engineers, backend developers, and security specialists to design scalable solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing fintech or crypto products in a fast‑moving, regulated environment.
• Strong ability to align multiple stakeholders and drive consensus.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivery speed and quality.

Required skills

• Product ownership and roadmap management.
• Knowledge of digital‑asset trading, wallets, staking and derivatives.
• Understanding of security and compliance requirements for crypto services.
