Senior Product Manager – Driver Acquisition & Activation

About the role

As the Senior Product Manager for the Driver Acquisition & Activation stream, you will own the end‑to‑end driver funnel – from first interest to completing the first trips. You will shape the product strategy, work closely with cross‑functional teams and drive growth of driver supply across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for driver acquisition and activation, aligning it with overall company growth goals.
• Partner with marketing, growth and operations to optimise acquisition channels and reduce cost per acquisition.
• Analyse and streamline the journey from registration to the first trip, accelerating driver adaptation and improving the user experience.
• Identify and remove obstacles such as complex registration, unclear requirements or technical issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, marketing and support to deliver projects that boost acquisition, onboarding and activation metrics.
• Monitor KPIs – conversion rates, time‑to‑first‑trip – and use data to pinpoint friction points and guide decisions.
• Gather feedback from new drivers and translate insights into product improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management or service development experience, preferably in mobile, transportation, mobility services or marketplace platforms.
• Proven ability to own a product area end‑to‑end and prioritize initiatives against long‑term company goals.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with engineering, analytics, marketing and support teams.
• Professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1+); Russian is a plus.

Required skills

• Data analysis (funnel analysis, cohort analysis, A/B testing) to inform product decisions.
