Senior Product Manager – Financial Services

About the role

Al-Futtaim Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap and execution of its Financial Services portfolio within the Blue Rewards ecosystem. You will shape innovative payments, remittances, embedded finance, credit and data‑monetisation solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for financial services, identifying new embedded finance opportunities such as payments, lending, rewards monetisation, subscriptions and insurance.
• Translate business strategy into clear product outcomes, KPIs and success metrics, driving customer‑first innovation.
• Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle: discovery, PRD creation, delivery, launch and continuous optimisation.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data and compliance teams to prioritise backlogs, manage trade‑offs and ensure timely delivery.
• Specify functional and non‑functional requirements, including scalability, security, performance and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of product management experience in fintech or financial services.
• Deep domain knowledge of payments, KYC, AML, data privacy and embedded finance.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and drive revenue growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
