Senior Product Manager - Fintech

About the role

NEXT Ventures is a global platform for performance-based capital, operating the FundedNext brand with more than 500 people across five countries and 220,000+ daily users. As a Senior Product Manager in Dubai, you will shape product strategy and drive solutions across the fintech ecosystem, covering proprietary trading, payment solutions and mobile app user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for key areas of the trading and brokerage ecosystem, and turn business objectives, customer needs and regulatory considerations into priorities.
• Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements to development, launch and continuous improvement, and own the product backlog with PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work with Engineering, Design, QA and Operations, and oversee integrations across trading platforms, CRM systems, client portals and back-office solutions.
• Improve customer journeys such as registration, KYC, account opening, deposits, withdrawals and IB operations, and lead rollouts, stakeholder alignment and training.
• Define and monitor KPIs, use data and feedback to improve onboarding, activation, transaction success and retention, and apply frameworks such as RICE, Kano and impact-effort analysis.
• Collaborate with Engineering on APIs, database structures and third-party integrations, and work with Compliance, Risk and Operations on regulatory alignment.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities and agentic workflows.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience owning complex products and shaping strategy in fintech, technology or digital-first environments.
• Experience driving product vision and domain roadmaps beyond day-to-day feature delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in at least one area: proprietary trading and brokerage, payments and financial products, or mobile apps and UX.
• Technical fluency on APIs, integrations, system architecture and databases.
• Sufficient AI literacy to evaluate AI technologies and agent frameworks.
• Analytical thinking, commercial acumen and use of product data and market research.
