Senior Product Manager - Home Finance

About the role

ADIB Group is looking for a Senior Product Manager for Home Finance in Abu Dhabi. The role leads and manages Home Finance and real estate products according to the bank's strategy, owning end-to-end product performance, including the product manual with policies, procedures and approvals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product design, development and enhancement, and drive product innovation and marketing
• Cascade the bank's management strategy into departmental strategy, business plans and product initiatives
• Maintain product manuals, pricing documents, term sheets and credit programs up to date, and follow up on internal and Sharia audit points
• Update product policies and procedures, test them through a documented key controls self-assessment, and obtain Sharia, operations and legal approval for changes
• Set service level agreements with Credit, Sharia, Legal and other units and escalate unresolved issues
• Generate leads for real estate financing, counsel customers on rates and mortgages, build customer cases and finalise deals
• Develop partnerships with mortgage brokers, real estate brokers, developers and others through MOUs, and run training programmes for partners
• Work with marketing on collateral, the home finance microsite, and plans covering digital marketing, SEM, IP targeting, radio, TV, SMS and print advertising

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, preferably Finance or Accounting
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in the banking sector
• Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations and risks
• Planning, organisation, interpersonal and communication skills
