Senior Product Manager – Oncology (Gulf)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead oncology portfolio strategy across the Gulf region. Based in Dubai, you will collaborate with EMEA and GCC teams to drive market share, patient reach and business plan targets for current and future oncology brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute launch strategies for new oncology indications and pipeline products, ensuring alignment with regional and global plans.
• Analyse market, regulatory, cultural and technological trends to shape value propositions and competitive positioning.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in portfolio management, scenario analysis and business case development.
• Coach product specialists, share best practices and mentor junior team members.
• Track performance metrics, monitor brand equity and adjust tactics to meet KPI targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of product/brand management experience, preferably in healthcare or oncology.
• Proven ability to influence across functional and regional boundaries without direct authority.
• Fluency in English and strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in developing and executing marketing plans for pharmaceutical products.
